And then through her, I got in touch with a cognitive behavioural therapy program that was government funded which was really fantastic. And that’s when I started to learn about how to like change your thought patterns when you’re having those repeating and like really anxious thoughts. And like how to address them, and how to like really change the way that you’re thinking about your thoughts when you’re going through anxiety. Because it feels when you’re having anxious thoughts it feels impossible to like break out of that cycle. So just learning different tools and resources in order to like overcome that is really, really helpful.
